Return Policy:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Merchandise must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or permanent jewelry are not eligible for return.
Enjoy free returns at our Mount Kisco boutique! Online returns are accepted, but shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Cancellation Policy:
At Gioia by Gianna, we work hard to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because of this, cancellations are time-sensitive.
Canceling an Order
Orders may only be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. After 1 hour, your order is already being processed and cannot be canceled.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation within the 1-hour window, please email us immediately at shopgioiabygianna@gmail.com with: your full name and order number.
We will confirm your cancellation as long as the order has not begun processing.
