In-Store Return Policy: 

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, the product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original hang tags along with the original receipt. All sale items, bathing suits, jewelry items, self-care ietms are FINAL SALE. 

Gift receipts are eligible for store credit only.

Permanent jewelry purchases are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. However, we offer free re-welding for any broken permanent jewelry pieces within 30 days of purchase. In the event of any issues after this period, a $10 re-weld fee will be applicable.

Please Note: We are unable to provide replacements, refunds, or discounts for lost, broken, or snagged chains!

Online Return Policy: 

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery (the delivery day marking day 1!). To qualify, the product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and include all original hang tags along with the original receipt. All sale items, bathing suits, jewelry items, self-care ietms are FINAL SALE.

Items marked as final sale, custom-made, or jewelry are not eligible for return.

Enjoy free returns at our Mount Kisco boutique! If your online returns is excepted, shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility. 

Please note:

If you prefer a refund to your original form of payment, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your return. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.
